NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE dated June 11, 2026, entered in Civil Case No. 25-CA-005862 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and ZAKARY LOUIS ONSTAD AND FRANCESCA ALEXANDRA ONSTAD, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, KEVIN C. KARNES, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Lee County Online Public Auction website: https://lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on January 14, 2027, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in LEE County, Florida, as set forth in said FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE to-wit:
LOT 39, BLOCK 7050, CORAL LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, PAGE(S) 12, THROUGH 28, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
