TO: THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST JEANNE MARIE ZUEHLKE, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN HER ESTATE AS HEIRS AT LAW,
whose names and residences are unknown.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Petition to Determine Beneficiaries has been filed in the above-styled estate in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, File No. 26-003845-ES. The Petition asks the Court to determine the persons, if any, entitled to take the estate of JEANNE MARIE ZUEHLKE, deceased, by intestate succession, and alleges that no person is so entitled and that the estate escheats to the State of Florida under section 732.107, Florida Statutes.
The proceeding concerns the real property located at 115 S. Orion Avenue, Clearwater, Florida 33765, described as:
LOT EIGHT (8), BLOCK “D”, UNIT FOUR (4), SKYCREST SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 23, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
You are required to serve written defenses to the Petition on Erin M. Rose Quinn, Esq., Quinn Legal, P.A., 4025 Tampa Road, Suite 1205, Oldsmar, Florida 34677, and to file the original with the Clerk of this Court, on or before 11/20, 2026, which date is not less than 28 nor more than 60 days after the date of first publication of this notice. Failure to do so may result in a judgment or order for the relief demanded in the Petition, without further notice.
This notice shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
