YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, SEVILLE CONDOMINIUM 2, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit 109 of Seville Condominium 2, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Book 3316 at Pages 809-891, and all exhibits and amendments thereto, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 5 at Pages 56-60, inclusive, of the Official Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with the Grantor’s fee simple interest in and to the undivided 2.238% share in the Common Elements appurtenant thereof and the carport space previously assigned to Grantee, as shown on the Condominium Plat herein described, together with all easements, rights and privileges as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium. With the following street address: 1001 Pearce Drive, #109, Clearwater, Florida 33764.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Stephan C. Nikoloff, Esquire, of Greenberg Nikoloff Gross, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
