NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order on Plaintiff’s Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale entered on May 27, 2026 and the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 15, 2026 and entered in Case No. 2025-CA-008056-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff, and RUBIN MOMPLAISIR; VALERIE MOMPLAISIR; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; SOLAR MOSAIC LLC; and STATE OF FLORIDA, are Defendants, the Office of Tiffany Moore Russell, Esq., Orange County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 17th day of September, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK B, SHELTON TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE(S) 112, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Also known as 4839 BENNINGTON PL, ORLANDO, FL 32808
together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
