NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count I, entered by the Court on August 27, 2026 (the “Judgment”), in the County Court, Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CENTRAL HOMES, LLC, is the Plaintiff, and Defendants, CARLOS JAVIER PEREZ SOTO A/K/A CARLOS JAVIER PEREZ, ELIANA CARDENALES GARCIA A/K/A ELIANA CARDENALES, UNKNOWN TENANT I, and UNKNOWN TENANT II (collectively, the “Defendants”), are the Defendants, in Case No. 2026-CC-005415-O, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Tiffany Moore Russell, will at 11:00 a.m. (ET) on October 26, 2026, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder at www.orange.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the real property situate and being in Orange County, Florida more particularly described as:
Lot 90, Reserve at Lake Butler Sound Unit 2, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 47, Page 127, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
