NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 16, 2026, entered in Case No. 25-CA-001768 of the Circuit Court for Charlotte County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the October 9, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., online at https://charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lot 1, Block 1769, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION SECTION - FIFTY TWO, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 66, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
