NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 21, 2026 and entered in Case No. 26000179CA of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, is the Plaintiff and MAUREEN SOLER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAUREEN SOLER; PALMETTO SOLAR, LLC D/B/A LIGHTREACH, are Defendant(s), I, Roger D Eaton, Charlotte County Clerk of Courts, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on October 19, 2026, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
