NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure (Count I-Lot 14) dated August 27, 2026 ,in the above-styled action, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 7th day of October, 2026, the following described property:
Unit 14, Coral Ridge Commercial Condominium, Parcel B, a Condominium as shown in the Declaration of Condominium recorded on March 17, 1981 in O.R. Book 660, Pages 1064 through 1110, inclusive, and any subsequent amendments thereto, and as further described in plot plan and graphic description shown in Condominium Book 3, Page 5, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements appurtenant thereto.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
