has been filed against the above defendant and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before October 15, 2026, on Mark A. Nelson, Law Office of Mark A. Nelson P.A. 2424 Manatee Ave. W., Suite 102, Bradenton, FL 34205, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This action shall be published once each week for four consecutive weeks in the Business Observer, Manatee County, FL.
