YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for the foreclosure of a statutory landlord’s lien as to that certain double-wide mobile home described below and all personal items, appliances, and fixtures contained therein located at:
Unit #47 of CHATEAU VILLAGE, a Residential Cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 1651, Pages 5505 thru 5555 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
Together with that certain 1974 IMPE mobile home bearing vehicle identification number 313401A and 313401B
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Brian C. Chase, Esq., Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 1313 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33607, ON OR BEFORE A DATE WHICH IS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE IN THE BUSINESS OBSERVER, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
