NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 2, 2026 and entered in Case No. 412025CA002028CAAXMA, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY
AS OWNER TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF BREAN ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2023-RM6 is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF PAUL WIERTS, DECEASED; HAZEL WIERTS WYATT; TAMMIE SMALLWOOD; GERRIE HANEY; WILLIAM WIERTS, JR.; CHRISTOPHER WIERTS; HEATHER WIERTS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. ANGELINA (ANGEL) COLONNESO, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on 30th day of September, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, VARNS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
