YOU ARE NOTIFIED that Plaintiff, Sandalwood Park Homeowners, Inc., has filed an action against you seeking to eject you, quiet title, and terminate a lease to the follwoing real property in Sarasota County, Florida located at 412 Longwood Drive, Venice, Florida 34285, and more particularly identified as follows:
Unit #412 of sandalwood park, a Residential Cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 2925, Pages 2933-2993, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
upon which lies a single-wide mobile home.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Michael E. Schuchat, Esq., Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is Lutz, Bobo & Telfair, P.A., Two North Tamiami Trail, Suite 500, Sarasota, Florida 34236, on or before thirty (30) days after first publication and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for four consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
