YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action seeking to foreclose a claim of lien and for damages relating to property located at 5300 Hyland Hills Avenue, Unit 2013, Sarasota, Florida 34241, which is legally described as follows:
Unit 2013, Building 2000, Veranda VIII at Heritage Oaks, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2002151863 and all subsequent amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements, in the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiff’s Attorney, David L. Boyette, Esquire, whose address is Adams & Reese LLP, 2001 Siesta Drive, Suite 302, Sarasota, Florida 34239 on or before 10-5-2026, 2026 or within thirty (30) days after first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
