1. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on August 27, 2026, a Petition was filed commencing an assignment for the benefit of creditors, pursuant to Chapter 727, Fla. Stat., made by SUNCOAST ENDOSCOPY OF SARASOTA, L.L.C., Assignor, with its principal place of business at 2089 Hawthorne Street, Suite 200, Sarasota, FL 34239, to Larry S. Hyman, Assignee, whose address is P.O. Box 18625, Tampa, FL 33679. The Petition was filed in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida.
2. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that pursuant to §727.105, Fla. Stat., no proceeding may be commenced against the Assignee except as provided in Chapter 727, and except in the case of a consensual leaseholder enforcing its rights in personal property or real property collateral, there shall be no levy, execution, attachment or the like in respect of any judgment or claim against assets of the Estate in the possession, custody or control of the Assignee.
3. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that pursuant to § 727.107(3) & 727.108(2), Fla. Stat., the Assignee will examine an authorized corporate representative of the Assignor, under oath, concerning the acts, conduct, assets, liabilities, and financial condition of the Assignor or any matter related to Assignee’s administration of the estate. The examination will take place virtually, utilizing Zoom. The Zoom examination will be held on Thursday, September 24, at 12:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
