NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order to Sell Property Via Public Auction, dated July 9, 2026, and entered in case # 2023-CA-016505 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein LUANA JUNE RODRIGUEZ is the Plaintiff, and JAMES EDWARD LUMLEY, JR. is the Defendant.
