Crist as the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on September 23, 2026 at 10:00 AM, the following described property as set forth in said Default In Rem Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 26, OF HAMPTON PARK TOWNHOMES, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
