NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that under and by virtue of the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Determination and Award of Attorney’s Fees entered on August 27, 2026, under Case No. 26-CA-003117 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein ECA VENTURES, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the Plaintiff and MERRY SPIRITS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company d/b/a PREMIUM LIQUORS/ALLUSION BAR & LOUNGE; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION DIVISION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND TOBACCO; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; SOUTHERN GLAZER’S WINE AND SPIRITS, LLC, a foreign limited liability company; and THE LCF GROUP, INC., a foreign corporation are the Defendants, Victor D. Crist, Clerk of the Court and Comptroller, will offer for sale and sell at an internet online auction, which may be accessed at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on September 30, 2026, the following described property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
