Karnes, Lee County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 11:00 AM on-line at www.lee.realforeclose.com on September 24, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, IN BLOCK 25, OF UNIT 3, LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
