Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court, Brandi Clerk of Court of Lee County, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 AM on 22nd day of October, 2026 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Lot 13 and 14, Block 1602, Cape Coral, Unit No. 30, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 26 through 30, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
