NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 24, 2026, in Case No. 26-CA-001196 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein TH MSR HOLDINGS LLC, is Plaintiff, and BENJAMIN PISARIS, SARAH PISARIS, TRUIST BANK, VERANDAH COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., VERANDAH DEVELOPMENT LLC, and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SARAH PISARIS are Defendants, the Office of Kevin C. Karnes, Lee County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM on-line at www.lee.realforeclose.com on September 24, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
