MARQUIS, JR.; PAULA A. MARQUIS; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN TENANT #1, is/are Defendant(s), I, Kevin C Karnes, Lee County Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://www.lee.realforeclose.com/ at 9:00 a.m. on October 1, 2026 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 35, BLOCK 29 W 1/2, SUNCOAST ESTATES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 824, PAGE 838, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Commonly known as: 8190 Everhart Dr., North Fort Myers, FL 33917
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no other recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee’s attorney.
