Rodriguez; Unknown Spouse of Juan A. Rodriguez are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00am on the December 3, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 35 AND 36, BLOCK 3524, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION UNIT 47, PART 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 112 THROUGH 127, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
