NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: 26-CA-001823 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF NFMP TRUST, SERIES 2023-C, Plaintiff, and JANA JONES, is Defendant.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 7th day of January, 2027, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 24 AND 25, BLOCK 3523, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 47, PART 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 112 THROUGH 127, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
