NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Stipulated Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, that Kevin C. Karnes, Clerk of this Court will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, with the property address 7146 Congdon Road, Fort Myers, Florida 33908 (the “Property”), situate and being in Lee County, Florida as more fully described below:

From said Point of Beginning continue Southwesterly along the arc of said curve to the left of radius 2120.00 feet (chord bearing South 21° 43’ 35” West) for 105.00 feet; thence run North 75° 36’ 40” West for 125.25 feet to a point; thence run South 87° 53’ 37” West for 57.1 feet +/- to the waters of the Trowbridge Creek; thence run Northeasterly along said waters for 47.2 feet +/-; thence run North 51’ 54’ 15” East for 131.5 feet + /- to a point; thence run South 66° 51’ 13” East for 143.21 feet to the Point of Beginning.
