You will please take notice that the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners at
its regular meeting of August 25, 2026, in 333 Chestnut Street, Palm Room, Pinellas
County, Communications Building, Clearwater, Florida 33756, adopted a resolution
vacating the following legally described property as petitioned by Charles and Rita King.

A portion of a 33-foot-wide right-of-way known as Portsmouth Road, lying east of lots
41 through 43, Gulf Breeze Estates, Plat Book 27, Page 57, lying in Section 30-29-16,
Pinellas County, Florida.
