AN UNDIVIDED 1/28TH INTEREST IN AND TO THE CERTAIN PIECE, PARCEL OR TRACT OF LAND, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS AND STATE OF FLORIDA, KNOWN AS DESCRIBED AS:
LOT 1, CLEARVIEW OAKS, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 67, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
EXCEPTING, HOWEVER, THEREFROM ANY AND ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS OF ANY NATURE LOCATED ON SAID LAND BEYOND THAT PART AND PORTION OF SAID BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS HEREINAFTER SPECIFICALLY INCLUDED.

Nikoloff, Esquire, of Greenberg Nikoloff, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
