FROM THIS POINT OF BEGINNING RUN NORTH ALONG THE EAST LINE OF FLORDIA AVENUE, 31.35 FEET; THENCE RUN PARALLEL TO THE 40 ACRE LINE SOUTH 89 DEG 48’27” EAST 200.0 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 0 DEG 28’40” EAST 80.0 FEET, THENCE RUN PARALLEL TO THE 40 ACRE LINE NORTH 89 DEG 48’27” WEST 200.00 FEET TO THE EAST LINE OF FLORIDA AVENUE; THENCE ALONG THE SAID EAST LINE NORTH 0 DEG 28’40” WEST 48.65 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
