NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That pursuant to an Amended Writ of Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 24th day of July A.D., 2026, in the cause wherein, Whitney National Bank was plaintiff(s) and Legacy Development II LLC and Wayne F. Drash, were defendant(s), being Case No. 09-007866-CI-7 in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri, as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant(s), Wayne F. Drash, aka Wayne Franklin Drash, and subject to a judgment lien, in and to the following described real property located and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:
