NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 31, 2026, and entered in 2025 CA 000791 of the Circuit Court of the Seventh Judicial Circuit in and for FLAGLER County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff CAROL L UMBARILA A/K/A CAROL LEE UMBARILA A/K/A CAROL UMBARILA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROL L UMBARILA A/K/A CAROL LEE UMBARILA A/K/A CAROL UMBARILA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendant(s). Tom Bexley the Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, electronically at www.flagler.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on October 9, 2026, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
