Notice is given that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 5, 2026, in the above styled civil action of the County Court, in and for Flagler County, Florida, in which IMTIAZ MOAIZ AND KANWAL MOAIZ is the Defendant, and RIVIERA ESTATES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff. The property will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 am. on October 2, 2026, on Flagler County’s Public Auction website: www.flagler.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
