Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an action for non judicial foreclosure of the Timeshare Units and Weeks listed in the Claim of Lien filed and recorded in the public records of Collier County, Florida on January 28, 2026 at O.R. Book 6548, Page 3829 for WHITE SANDS CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non profit corporation, will be sold to the highest and best bidder for cash or certified funds at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at the Offices of White Sands Club Condominium Association, Inc. located at 260 Third Street South, Naples, Florida 34102.
