LOT 1, BLOCK 13 OF VILLAGE GREEN OF BRADENTON UNIT “H” SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE(S) 144 - 146, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
