NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 2, 2026 in Case No. 2025CA003883A000BA in the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida wherein WHISPERING TRAILS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC., a Florida non-profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and DORIA ARIZONA LUMPKIN; JAMES WILLIAMS, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 10:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on OCTOBER 7, 2026. ( ) www.polk.realforeclose.com the Clerk’s website for online auctions after first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, WHISPERING TRAILS PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 130, PAGES 27 AND 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A: 2331 WHISPERING TRAILS PLACE, WINTER HAVEN, FL 33884.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
