NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, as required in the Order Directing Proof of Publication entered on July 28, 2026 in Case No.: 2026-CA-2919-NC in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, that a lost trust action has been initiated by Plaintiffs, JOSE NERY and MELISSA NERY regarding the EDMUNDO B. NERY AND TERESITA L. NERY REVOCABLE TRUST dated May 30, 2001, which owns the following described real property:
Lot 34, Block 1791, of 34 Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, Recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 18, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida

(the “Property”).
ALL PARTIES HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE, OR INTEREST IN THE TRUST OR IN THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN MUST FILE THEIR CLAIM(S) BEFORE THE FINAL HEARING ON NOVEMBER 5, 2026 AT 11:00 AM IN COURTROOM 7C, 2002 RINGLING BOULEVARD, SARASOTA, FLORIDA 34237.
