NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30, 2025, and entered in 2024 CA 003978 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SELENE FINANCE, LP is the Plaintiff and MEL INTERIANO; MICHELLE INTERIANO; ZEBRA DISTRIBUTION, LLC; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY- INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; THE HUNTINGTON NATIONAL BANK F/K/A TCF NATIONAL BANK are the Defendant(s). Karen E. Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on September 29, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
