Crist will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on October 5, 2026 at 10:00 AM, the following described property:
LOT 3 IN BLOCK B OF CLUBHOUSE ESTATES AT SUMMERFIELD UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 65, PAGE 26 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.302.
