NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to UNIFORM FINAL JUDMENT OF FORECLSOURE dated August 18, 2026, entered in Civil Case No. 24-CA-001483 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein TOWD POINT MORTGAGE TRUST 2019-3, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE is Plaintiff and ROBERSON, SHULA, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, VICTOR D. CRIST, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County On Line Public Auction website: https://hillsborough. realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on September 22, 2026, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, as set forth in said FINAL JUDMENT to-wit:
