NOTICE OF MEETINGS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2027

The Board of Supervisors (“Board”) of the Lake St. Charles Community Development District (“District”) will hold their regular meetings for Fiscal Year 2027 at 6801 Colonial Lake Dr. Riverview, FL 33578, at 6:00 p.m. on the following dates, unless otherwise indicated as follows:

October 13, 2026
November 10, 2026
December 8, 2026
January 12, 2027
February 9, 2027
March 9, 2027
April 13, 2027
May 11, 2027
June 8, 2027
July 13, 2027
August 10, 2027
September 14, 2027

In accordance with sections 119.071(3)(a) and 286.0113(1), Florida Statutes, the District will hold a closed session as it relates to District’s security system plan. The closed session is expected to last approximately thirty (30) minutes but may end earlier or extend longer, depending upon the needs of the District. Immediately following the closed session, the Board will resume the regular meeting to discuss any business which may come before the Board.

The meetings will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts and, other than the closed session described above, will be open to the public. The meetings may be continued in progress without additional notice to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. A copy of the agenda for the October 13, 2026 meeting may be obtained by contacting the office of the current District Manager c/o Rizzetta & Company, Inc., 2700 South Falkenburg Road, Suite 2745, Riverview, Florida 33578; Phone: (813) 533-2950. Effective November 2, 2026, Governmental Management Services – Tampa, LLC will begin serving as District Manager. A copy of the agenda for the meetings occurring after November 2, 2026 may be obtained by contacting Governmental Management Services – Tampa, LLC, 4530 Eagle Falls Place, Tampa, Florida 33619; Phone (813) 344-4844 (together with Rizzetta & Company, Inc., “District Manager’s Office”).

There may be occasions when one or more Board supervisors or staff will participate by speaker telephone. A person who decides to appeal any decision made at a meeting with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
