Cypress Mill Community Development District

The Board of Supervisors of the Cypress Mill Community Development District will hold their regular meetings for Fiscal Year 2027 at the Offices of Inframark, 2005 Pan Am Circle, Tampa, Florida 33607, on the second Thursday of every month at 9:30 a.m. as follows:

November 12, 2026
December 10, 2026
January 14, 2027
February 11, 2027
March 11, 2027
April 8, 2027
May 13, 2027 (Budget Approval)
June 10, 2027
July 8, 2027
August 12, 2027 (Budget Adoption)
September 9, 2027

In addition to the regular meetings, the Board will conduct workshops at 6:30 p.m. at the Cypress Mill Clubhouse located at 15231 Miller Creek Drive, Sun City, Florida 33573 on the following dates:

January 13, 2027
February 10, 2027
March 10, 2027
April 7, 2027
May 12, 2027
June 9, 2027
July 7, 2027
August 11, 2027
September 8, 2027

There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. The meetings and workshops may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meetings without additional publication of notice.

In accordance with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations at these meetings because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Management Company, Inframark, Infrastructure Management Services at (813) 873-7300. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service at 7-1-1 or (800) 955-8770 for aid in contacting the District Office at least two (2) days prior to the date of the meetings.

Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
