YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following described real property in Hillsborough County, Florida, has been filed against you:
Parcel 1: That part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 lying South of U.S. Highway No. 301 in Section 8, Township 28, Range 20 East, LESS the East 330 feet thereof and less right of way for Fowler Avenue, all lying and being in Hillsborough County, Florida, less the West 25 feet for County Road,
As duly recorded as Instrument No. 2018211951, O.R. Book 25799, Page 1958, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Parcel 2: That part of the East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 8, Township 28 South, Range 20 East, lying South of the South right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 301 (68 feet from centerline), LESS that part deeded to the State of Florida for road purposes in Deed Book 1698, and LESS the South 30 feet thereof for road right-of-way for Fowler Avenue, all lying and being in Hillsborough County, Florida,
As duly recorded as Instrument No. 2018211952, O.R. Book 25799, Page 1959, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

The action to quiet title was instituted in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County in the State of Florida and is styled as follows: 301 PROPERTIES LLC v. 301 DELI MART, INC.; MUNEER MERCHANT, as Trustee of the US Highway 31 Land Trust U/T/D 6/21/11; FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION; SANDRA RAINEY, as Trustee of the Batson Family Trust; MARIAN RAE WORSELEY WALKER f/k/a MARIAN RAE WORSLEY; NANCY WORSLEY COTTEN; ENTREPRENEUR, INC.; SOLOMAN PARTNERS, INC.; JOHN DOE and JANE DOE, as the Unknown Beneficiary(ies) of the Batson Family Trust; and JACK DOE, as the Unknown Claimants of a Right to the Subject Property.
This notice shall be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks in Business Observer, a newspaper published in Hillsborough County, Florida.
