FLORIDA SOUTHWESTERN STATE COLLEGE (FSW) REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) NO. 26-03 2027 COLLEGE-WIDE GENERAL CONTRACTOR PREQUALIFICATION
Florida SouthWestern State College (“FSW” or the “College”) is accepting applications from qualified contractors for 2027 College-Wide General Contractor Prequalification, pursuant to applicable Florida law and Chapter 4, Section 4.1 of the 2014 State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF). Contractors approved through this process will be prequalified for the period January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027, subject to the terms and conditions of the RFQ and final approval by the College.
Applicants must meet all qualification requirements established in the RFQ, including applicable contractor licensure, financial and bonding capacity, relevant construction experience, and insurance requirements. Applicants must demonstrate a minimum single-project bonding capacity of $1,000,000.
