Myers, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and Chance Plowman a/k/a Chance Michael Plowman, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Kevin C. Karnes, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in
accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 24 day of September, 2026 at 9:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 43 and 44, Block 1834, Cape Coral, Unit 45, Part 1, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 135, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
