NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 12, 2026 in Civil Case No. 25-CA-006434 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and Yordanys Torres Rosabales, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Kevin C. Karnes, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 24 day of September, 2026 at 9:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 8, Block 104, South Part of Unit 19, Greenbriar, a subdivision of Lehigh Acres, Section 9, Township 44 South, Range 27 East, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 27, Page 31, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
