NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 24, 2026, in Case No. 26-CA-000692 of the Circuit Court of the Lee Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and IVON CEPERO, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., CITIBANK N.A., and CAPITAL ONE, N.A., are Defendants, the Office of Kevin C. Karnes, Lee County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m., online at www.lee.realforeclose.com on September 24, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 52 AND 53, BLOCK 4120, CAPE CORAL UNIT 57, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE(S) 124 THROUGH 137, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
