NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that under and by virtue of the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Determination and Award of Attorney’s Fees entered on August 27, 2026, under Case No. 26-000935-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CARMEN G. DOMINQUEZ, TRUSTEE OF THE JAMES E. COOPER REVOCABLE TRUST, as to an undivided 31% interest; BERNICE ROSS STONE, TRUSTEE OF THE BERNICE ROSS STONE LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT dated 7/15/15, as to an undivided 19% interest; DANIEL A. BOWEN, as to an undivided 7% interest; DAWN L. BOWEN, as to an undivided 7% interest; and STONE MORTGAGE HOLDINGS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, as to an undivided 36% interest, are Plaintiffs, and RIDEMCOWBOY, LLC, a dissolved Florida limited liability company, d/b/a RIDE EM COWBOY; GREGORY MIKURAK, an individual; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION DIVISION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND TOBACCO; and STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, are the Defendants, KEN BURKE, CPA, CLERK OF THE COURT and COMPTROLLER, will offer for sale and sell at an internet online auction, which may be accessed at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on October 1, 2026, the following described property situated in Pinellas County, Florida:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
