Notice is given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28, 2026, entered in Case No. 25-006834-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which ONEIM RTL LTD., is the Plaintiff, and FUTURE ESTATE INVESTMENTS CORP, et. al., are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash to be conducted in an online sale at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on 1st day of October 2026, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described property set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
