NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 25, 2026, and entered in Case No. 26-000865-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PHH Asset Services LLC, is Plaintiff and Jofran Alexandro Martinez Izaguirre; Unknown Spouse of Jofran Alexandro Martinez Izaguirre; Imperial Oaks Condominium Association, Inc., are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk of Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 1st day of October, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT C-102, BUILDING C, IMPERIAL OAKS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4980, PAGE 1953, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff’s mortgage.
