Notice is hereby given that on the 12TH day of June 2026, the Petition to Terminate Parental Rights was filed in the above-named Court, praying for a Decree to terminate the parental rights of Jason Lempfert.
The Court has fixed the 20th day of October at 10:00 a.m. in a courtroom to be determined of the Northampton County Courthouse, Easton, Pennsylvania as the time and place for the Hearing of said Petition, when and where all persons interested may appear and show cause, if any they have, why the prayer of the said Petition should not be granted.
