YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclosure a lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 57, Building 90, of ON TOP OF THE WORLD, UNIT 87, A CONDOMINIUM, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. 8416, Pages 651 through 693, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 113, 1, Pages 43 through 45, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

A Lawsuit has been filed against you in Pinellas County Court, ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC. v. THOMAS W. SANTORE AND MONICA T. GONZALEZ, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A., Plaintiff’s Attorney, whose address is 2653 McCormick Drive, Clearwater, Florida 33759, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
