BAUMAN, KRISTINA P BAUMAN, TARA CAY SOUND, SOUTH VILLAGE HOMEOWNER`S ASSOCIATION, INC. A/K/A TARA CAY SOUND, SOUTH VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. are the Defendants.
